Hey Readers :)

Today(Saturday) was my NYP Climb Run and it was EXTREMELY TIRING... Any girl who goes for this confirm will lose weight de.. :X
Anyways, this NYP Climb Run started at 9am and we only started running at about 10am? =.= It was the Man/Staff Category that started first so we(Me, Gerald, Min Thu And Raj) were seperated from Eelynn, Yi Hui and Nura...

But still it was kinda awesome i guess ? :)
It was really an enlightening race.. Something that really captured all my thoughts regarding this week.

During the race, this came to my mind: "Our Life Is Like A Race." And as i looked around, there were couples who had to hold their hands and finish the race together. So i thought to myself, what is it that i run for in this race of my life ?
This whole week has been a real wreck for me.. I felt so messed up and etc.. No words could describe it bahs ? Its just those own personal emotional wrecks.. Those who know about this, just keep it to yourself. Thanks :)

So i kept thinking to myself as i climbed up the flight of stairs and started having my own deep thoughts. And realised that our life race that we run daily, what is our ultimate goal ? What is the goal or whatever that you would want to achieve at the end of the day ?
Is it :
1. Fame ?
2. Fortune ?
3. Family ?
4. Love ?
5. Positions ?
and etc.

But more importantly, what is it that we run for ? Whatever is this goal that we run for, it dictates our future. As i continued the NYP Climb Run, more couples ran past me and i just kept thinking, what was it that i run for in my life ? Coz i was already feeling so low in terms of motivation in doing my studies and etc coz i really couldn't be bothered anymore...
But at the end of the race, i realised what i was running for now, and I realised what was the future i want to run for. And the sight of the finishing line of the race just affirmed my answer even more. :)

And as we run our life race, there are bound to be people who will pace with you at the same speed, people who will run faster than you (who may help you in your race in life) or people who run slower than you (whom you may help them in their life race) and of course this varies. But what is more important is that you must select the people who can pace with you wisely. Coz firstly, these people would probably be the people who will be the closest to you in life be it whether they are friends or family.

One perspective of choosing these people wisely is that you must see whether are they consistent with you in your life. This aspect is very important because if the people who are considered close to you (especially friends who are family-type of people to you) arent consistent with you, that what is the point inviting them to pace with you ?
It is as good as you are running the race by yourself because of their inconsistency of them being in your life.

So Readers, choose wisely, take your time to see and choose wisely. But don't take too long though, if not your pacers might get chosen by another person !! Choose people who are able to pace with you who are people that are able to value-add to your life in a reasonable amount and more importantly they must be a regular participant in your daily life races of ups and downs. That's where your bond as a friendship grows stronger as well.
So my 2 questions to you is this readers :
1. "What is this ultimate goal that you are running for or what is the current goal that you are running for ?"

2. "Have you wisely chosen at least 1 person to run your life race with you ?"
And just a clarification purposes as well readers, this Life Race that you run, yes you may have pacers who are willing to run with you and etc. But more importantly, it all comes down to you as well. If your pacers are ready to go, but you are so darn lazy OR too caught in your own daily life's matters then do not blame your pacers who will eventually tire out by dragging you along in all the races. These pacers will one day lose their patience and just go on without you. So treasure your pacers as much as they care for you as well. :)
It takes 2 hands to clap, likewise it takes both your pacer/s and YOURSELF to get the race going !! You cannot expect a friendship/relationship to have 1 party to give while the other takes. It will NEVER LAST for long. So both parties play a part !!

So after our NYP Climb Run, me and gerald headed to the gym while waiting for the girls, showered in school after we were done in the gym (Gerald's Lavendar Liquid Soap was extremely awesome !! It made me have this strong lavendar smell :D), and we had lunch in school, and after that we headed to Suntec City for the IT Show to accompany Wei Loon to buy his hard disk that he wanted. :)

In the end, Me, Wei Loon & Eelynn all bought this hard disk :D
It was worth it ehs !! Take a look at my beautiful white coloured hard disk :D

The specs were 480mpbs in transferring speed, 500GB of space,
Password Encryption, and Synchronization to your computers. :D
And it only costs $109 for it !! Compared to the other shops, this was the best deal ler :D

Me and Eelynn got the white one, while wei loon loved black, so he got the black one. :)

But one thing's for sure, Never go to an IT Show after a run.. Your feet will hurt like crazy =.=
Me and i think gerald's feets were hurting sia =.= Plus IT Show was mad crazily flooded by people sia !!
I can imagine the crowd next year when there is service at our new Suntec building plus having an IT Show there as well... Gosh... It would be a darn crazy crowd !! D:

Anyways, after the IT Show we headed for ice-cream at this place which i have no idea what was it.. But all i know is that its near the yellow line mrt and its opposite starbucks.. I only remembered that it was some ice-cream place that shir wanted to go before i think ? o.o
Anyways, the ice cream there was awesome :D

But im totally okay, absolutely 0 no probrem with chocolates like Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Bueno, Snickers, and something related with these kind of chocolates :)
